Ms. Penton is skilled in all aspects of legal representation. She is a former prosecutor, public defender, and has been in private practice for over 14 years. She has been a practicing attorney for almost 20 years. Ms. Penton brings all of her years of legal experience for her clients’ exclusive benefit. Ms. Penton was born and raised in Boise, Idaho and graduated from Boise High School. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Idaho. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University Of Idaho College Of Law in 1996.

Ms. Penton is a general practitioner with an emphasis in legal representation in the following areas: Immigration, Business, Family Law as well as several other areas of practice.
