Adriana Jimenez

Attorney Adriana Jimenez joined Whitaker Legal, LLC as an associate attorney in 2023. A native of San Antonio, Texas, she is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and is the oldest daughter of Mexican immigrants. She has years of experience in all areas of immigration law helping individuals and families navigate the intricacies of the immigration system, including removal defense, family and humanitarian based petitions, naturalization.  She has zealously represented her clients before various governmental agencies including the Executive Office for Immigration Review, United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Attorney Jimenez focuses her practice on family based and humanitarian petitions and matters such as VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing.
