Beau August Noonan

Beau A. Noonan is a 2008 graduate of Capital University Law School. Beau was admitted to the Maryland Bar in June 2008 and the West Virginia Bar in October of 2008. Beau received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in 2000. In addition, Beau is a 1996 graduate of the former Beall High School in Frostburg, MD.

Beau is a member of the Maryland and West Virginia State Bar Associations as well as the Allegany and Garrett County Criminal Defense Bar, the American Bar Association (ABA), National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association (MCDAA).

Before joining Noonan & Noonan, LLC, Beau worked in Seattle, Chicago, Boston, and Columbus in various business fields. He has also worked intermittently for many years as a law clerk for his father. Beau returned to the area to work with his father, be close to family, and pursue his love of outdoor activities. Beau is committed to philanthropy and will continue to support local community service projects and organizations. Among these various commitments, Beau serves on the Board of Advisors for the Frostburg State University School of Business and the Allegany County Affiliate of Habitat for Humanity.
