Daniel Russell Talbert

Mr. Talbert’s practice concentrates on trial litigation for both criminal defense and family law.

He is a member of the North Carolina and Cleveland County Bar Associations, The North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, North Carolina Criminal Defense Section, and Family Law Section of the Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Talbert is Board Certified in North Carolina for Criminal law.
