Attorney Biography
Dominic Ribaudo is an experienced civil litigator in a range of practice areas including family law, consumer law, landlord-tenant disputes, and general civil litigation.
Dominic has previously served as a Supervising Attorney for the Home Preservation Project of Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas where he was part of a three-manager team responsible for building and managing a large office focused on housing stability and preservation issues across a 114 county service area. He has also worked with the Texas Office of the Attorney General in their Consumer Protection Division office in Dallas.
Throughout his time as an attorney, Dominic has worked in several areas of civil litigation including consumer law claims such as debt defense, FDCPA, FCRA and DTPA cases as well as housing issues including evictions and tenant rights, and family law cases including divorces, custody cases and protective orders with a special focus on domestic and sexual violence issues.
Dominic has previously served as the co-chair of the Housing and Consumer Taskforce of the Texas Bar Association’s Poverty Law Section and was the lead for the Consumer Practice Team of Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas.
When Dominic is not fighting for his clients, he enjoys spending his free time in the company of his wife of six years, Rachel, and their large family of animals.
