Specific experience:

My path to the practice of law has been very different than that of most other attorneys. I watched my first four trials from the defendant’s chair. I am a recovering alcoholic, almost 6 years sober and a daily survivor of bipolar disorder. Every day where I am breathing, I am #fightingthestigma through the way I carry myself and the successful results I achieve in the courtroom. Because I have been on both sides of the tracks, many clients find me relatable even if I have never shared their exact struggles because I am a veteran of THE struggle, having graduated from that life only by the grace of God and the kindness of my friends and families. This specific experience has left me with a craving, or almost an obsession for, living my life the right way which means helping clients like you. DON’T HIRE ME IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PERFECT- HIRE ME IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HUNGRY!

Representative clients:

I don’t know what representative clients means. Every single client I’ve had, currently have, or ever will have is a representative client to me because I give every case my entire effort and attention- traffic ticket to capital muder.

Mission statement:

My mission statement is simple. I want every client who walks into my office to receive the best representation I can give. Every day, I want to give better representation than I gave yesterday. I want to put as much heart and effort into my clients’ problems as I put into my own. I want to live big and solve problems in ways that nobody could anticipate or imagine. I want to be “me” more than I have ever been before. I want to give my opinion more and hold my tongue less even as I treat every human being with the dignity and respect I owe to all of God’s children. I want to serve others so I have no time left for casting judgment. As I become a better person, I will necessarily become a better lawyer. With humble confidence, I believe that the Law Offices of Jackson Phillips, Esquire, LLC, will shine in 2019.
