Attorney Biography
John Evers is a personal injury attorney in Burlington, VT. He frequently presents seminars on trial techniques and jury selection.
From 1993 to 2006, he also was a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice.
He is a past president of the Vermont Association for Justice and served on its Board of Governors.
John served as the Vermont Bar Association’s representative to the Vermont Legislature’s Medical Malpractice Study Committee, and is an adjunct faculty member at Vermont Law School where he teaches trial advocacy.
John is also a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.
