Attorney Biography
Kevin D. Mills is an accomplished criminal defense attorney and a 30 year board member of the NORML committee. He has spent his entire career spanning over 35 years defending the rights of citizens accused of crimes. As a lifelong criminal defense lawyer he has embraced the opportunity to fight injustice and has successfully defended thousands of citizens across the country during his 30 year career.
