I have been defending individuals charged with criminal offenses throughout Mississippi since 2005. I have been to a majority of the municipal, justice, county and circuit courts in our state representing individuals charged with misdemeanors (crimes that carry a maximum of one year in jail) and felonies (crimes that carry anywhere from one year to life in prison). Over that period of time, I have worked extremely hard to provide my clients the best opportunity to resolve their criminal case successfully. I do not accept just any case; I have to evaluate the facts and the law to determine if I can truly assist them before agreeing to get involved. I do not want to accept a case where I do not feel I can be beneficial to the client as they only have one opportunity to present their side.
