As one of only four attorneys to be certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as both a Civil Trial Attorney and Matrimonial Law Attorney, I have provided legal services in New Jersey since 1984. I am attorney of record in fifteen reported decisions, have served as expert witness in several legal malpractice cases, and have argued to the Supreme Court six times.

As one of approximately 120 Certified Matrimonial Attorneys in New Jersey, I am respected by the courts and my peers as an authority in family law . I also focus on representing contractors in construction industry disputes. I have tried cases in numerous forums arising from disputes with owners, general contractors and subcontractors, and have considerable expertise and experience with public bidding disputes, both at the protest level and in litigation.

My experience in this area primarily involves representimg plaintiffs in addition to serving as an expert witness. I have tried several such cases to successful jury verdicts, and my expert testimony has supported positive results in other cases.
